Please read carefully before buying the SIM card.
All plans include a 010 phone number. However, this number cannot be used for Korean real-name verification (e.g., NAVER account verification, online banking verification, etc.).
SIM / eSIM can be extended online before it expires. Each SIM / eSIM can be extended up to a maximum of 90 days in total(e.g., if you purchase a 10-day plan, you can add up to 60 more days; if you purchase a 90-day plan, no extension is possible)
If you have left and re-visit Korea during the validity of the SIM card, you can keep on using the same SIM card
Once the SIM card has expired, it is unable to reuse it again.
If your phone was bought in the U.S. / Japan / Canada / Austria, please make sure it has been unlocked for using foreign SIM cards.

Please contact our online C/S center if you are facing any difficulties on using the SIM card. DO NOT visit the LG U+ stores downtown as they do not provide any C/S for this SIM card.
Any remaining validity days or voice balance after recharge are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
