Terms & Notices

1) Please contact your provider to unlock your phone in advance if you are from U.S. / Japan / Canada.

2) If you have used other Korea SIM before (e.g. EG SIM), please leave us a reminder when you are making your reservation.
(*IMEI Code : Dial *#06# and there will be a 15-digit code appears)

3) “3G” signal might appears if your phone is not supporting KT’s LTE frequency(band).
We shall not proceed refund or cancellation due to the above reason.

4) Not available to dial phone number starts with :1588 / 1577 / 02-1588 / 060 / 013 / 050 or it may cause deactivation of the SIM card.

5) SIM card will be automatically expired within 90 days if registered by passport.
For those who will be staying in Korea more than 90 days, please refer to below process:

Fee: KRW 20,000 (including changing a new SIM card)
Venue: Hongdae LINK KOREA Office (Visit before expiry date)
※ Above process is only required to those who registered with passport.
※ Phone number and balance will remain unchanged.

6) Identity Authentication is only available to those registered with Alien Registration Card.

7) You MUST recharge your SIM card within 3 days once it has expired. Otherwise it will be terminated automatically.

8) Cancellation and refund will not be proceeded once you have redeemed the SIM card.

Reservation & Pick-Up

1) Read the notice above before making any reservation.

2) After the reservation is confirmed, payment details will be sent to your mailbox.

3) An E-mail with an E-voucher will be sent to you after succeed payment.

4) Please bring your E-voucher along with your passport and visit the reserved pick-up point.
